The bread I baked last week was gone by Tuesday. Which is to say, Miome was so glad to have good tasting bread she could eat that she devoured the loaf. The power port on the back of my computer is screwed up and now it only sometimes recognizes the fact that it's plugged in. Which means it'll randomly flip from charging to battery and back. This, of course, drains the battery. Just what I need ( Read more... )

I have discovered something that just really annoys me. You know what it is? Having to rebalance the funds in one of my retirement accounts by hand. Not that it's particularly hard once you know how. I hate the Federal Student Aid's loan service for one very important reason. Their "electronic debit account" program. On the surface, it sounds like a good idea. set it up so that every month the FSA gets to withdraw money from your account and get a discount on the interest rate you have to pay.
